Winter
Winter tyres in wintry conditions
Over 3.5 t: Motorhomes up to 7.5 t are exempt from the winter tyre and snow chain rules for heavy vehicles.
Tyres must suit conditions. From 1 Nov until after Easter at least 3 mm tread, studs only then (far north 16 Oct to 30 Apr).

In Bergen, on smog days a weekday ban (6 am to 10 pm) by odd or even last digit of the number plate may apply.
Exempt with three or more people aboard. Oslo plans a zero-emission zone for vans and trucks; not in force yet.
